Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information ShareHub collects on sharehub.fun, why, and what choices you have. The English text is the authoritative version.
1. Who we are
ShareHub (sharehub.fun) is operated by Chengdu Yigekesi Data Co., Ltd. ("we"), a company registered in China. Contact for all privacy matters: hello@sharehub.fun.
2. What we collect
- What you give us: in the early-access form, your type (brand or creator), name or brand name, WeChat ID, WhatsApp number, email address and any message you write. In the chat widget, whatever you type and any contact details you share.
- In the demo link page (/demo/), your email address and the destination you choose. The demo link and its statistics page record, for each click, the time, the country, the device type and whether the click looks like a bot. They do not record or show IP addresses or email addresses. Anyone with the statistics link can open that page, so do not share it if you want to keep the click data private.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps in server and security logs.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, government IDs or other sensitive data on this site.
3. How we use it
- To review applications and match brands with creators;
- To reply to you and tell you about early access;
- To create and run the demo short links you request, and to tell you when the feature launches;
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam;
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
Consent (information you submit and the optional chat), steps taken at your request before a contract (the matching service), and our legitimate interests (security and service improvement).
5. Service providers, cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the chat widget may then not work.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We share information only with the providers above, with a brand or creator when you ask us to introduce you, or when required by law. We are based in China and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in China and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@sharehub.fun. California residents may also request disclosure and deletion; we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
ShareHub is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
