Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using sharehub.fun or applying for early access. The English text is the authoritative version.
1. The service
ShareHub is an early-access platform that helps brands find and work with micro-creators. By using the site or submitting a form you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Chengdu Yigekesi Data Co., Ltd.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any number of applicants, matches, views, sales or other results. Early-access features may change or be withdrawn.
3. Your information and other users
You must give accurate information and have the right to share the content and links you submit. Brands and creators are independent parties; ShareHub is not their employer or agent and is not a party to their agreements unless we say so in writing.
4. Sponsored content
Creators and brands are responsible for disclosing paid or gifted partnerships as required by law, for example FTC guidance in the US and local advertising rules elsewhere.
5. Fees
Early access is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before charging you, we will not charge you without your explicit confirmation, and these terms will be updated. If we handle payments or settlement between brands and creators in the future, additional terms will apply.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation or security.
7. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to ShareHub or its licensors. You keep your rights in what you submit and give us a limited licence to use it to provide the service.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts in China. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
