How ShareHub Contacts Creators by Email (and the Rules We Follow)

ShareHub connects brands with micro-creators: people with between 3,000 and 10,000 followers who post honest content about things they actually use. Some creators first hear about us through a short email. This page explains why we send those emails, what we offer, and the rules we hold ourselves to.

Why you received an email from us

We only email creators when two things are true:

  1. We have a real, paid task that fits your content. We do not send general "join our platform" invitations. Every email names a specific brand task and a specific fee.
  2. Your email address was published for business inquiries. For example, it appears on your profile or website next to words like "collabs" or "business". We keep a record of where we found it and when.

If both are not true, we do not email you.

What we offer

How payment works

  1. You confirm the task and agree to a short written agreement.
  2. You publish the content.
  3. We check that the post is still live and public, and that the partnership is disclosed, on day 2 and day 7 after posting.
  4. After the day-7 check passes, we pay the base fee, usually as a digital gift card or by PayPal.
  5. We check once more on day 14. Posts must stay up for the period stated in the agreement.

Disclosure is required

If a brand gives you money, a free product or any other benefit, you must tell your audience. Use a clear tag such as #ad or your platform's paid-partnership label. We check for this before paying, because it protects you, the brand and your followers.

How to stop our emails

Reply with "unsubscribe" or "please remove me" and we will stop. Your address goes into a permanent do-not-contact list that applies to every mailbox, domain and campaign we use. We will not contact you again under a different name or from a different address.

Where we start, and where we don't

We start with creators and businesses in the United States, where the rules for business email are clear: honest sender details, a real postal address and a working way to opt out. In some countries, such as Germany, we do not send unsolicited emails at all. In others we only contact company addresses, or only after extra checks.

What every first email contains

Every first email we send follows the same pattern, so you can quickly tell whether it is a genuine request:

Our promise in short

We write only when there is a real paid task and a business address. We pay a fixed fee after the checks. We never tell you what to say. We ask you to disclose the partnership. And when you tell us to stop, we stop for good.
